  • Drupal 7 to Drupal 10 Migration: Transition the legacy system to the latest stable version of Drupal, ensuring continued support, security compliance, and access to modern features.
  • Field Collection to Paragraph Migration: Replace deprecated Field Collection modules with the more flexible and maintainable Paragraphs module, enabling structured and reusable content components.
  • Multilingual Content Migration: Migrate all existing content while preserving multilingual structures to ensure a seamless user experience for all supported languages.
  • Media Management Upgrade: Transition all file entities to the Media module for centralized, scalable asset management and better editor usability.
  • Frontend Performance Optimization: Refactor frontend components to improve load times, responsiveness, and accessibility across devices and network conditions.
  • Enhanced SAML Authentication & Security: Upgrade SAML integration for identity management and enforce best practices in security and privacy across the site architecture.
  • Web Accessibility & SEO Improvements: Bring the site up to WCAG 2.1 compliance to serve all users equitably and optimize technical SEO foundations to improve search visibility.
  • Google Analytics 4 Integration: Implement GA4 to support future-ready tracking and reporting, offering advanced insights into user behavior and engagement.
